Food Technology at Mortlake College begins with the Year 2, 'Kids in the Kitchen' program and the Year 3/4 'Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden' program. From Year 5, all complete a semester of Food Technology for two periods a week. At Years 8-10, an elective Food unit is available in each semester.
