Mortlake College has three, distinct sub schools that are responsible for the planning and delivery of the outcomes in the Australian/Victorian Curriculum. Transition meetings and activities between the sub schools ensure a smooth and continuous learning path for all our students. The House System is also structured vertically, with House Mentors in each sub school responsible for planning and teaching the six 'C's- Citizenship, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Community, Collaboration and Communication. House sessions also provide time for goal setting and career's pathways.
